Hi just wondering if anyone had any advice,

Josh has Chicken Pox (we think, going to doc's at 2.30 to get it checked) and with Kieran only being 13 days old i'm a bit worried about him catching it, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice?
Or similar experience?

sorry to hear that. Babies will have your immunity if you're breastfeeding and shouldnt catch it, if you're not bf Kieran may still have some immunity from in the womb. The unfortunate thing is he may catch it anyway but I so hope he doesnt

Kieran's bottle fed, I'm getting myself so worried about it, i have been told there can be serious complications in a baby under 4 weeks old off NHS direct, Kieran also has a heart murmor don't know if that will add complications too

Just keep a tight eye on him and 1st sign of a spot straight to the dr...I wouldnt imagine it would affect his murmur...When my little girl was 3 she got chicken pox and gave it to her sister who was 10 months. I so hope Kieran doesnt get it, the chances are slim I believe in a baby under 12 months.
