Dr Brown Bottles


Ive seen some people mention they use these, I was just wondering if you know if their suitable for thicker liquids? I use aptamil easy digest which is thicker than normal aptimal, cow n gate etc.. And i dont wanna go out and buy them if they aint gona be any use.

Anyone..?

Are you afraid that the milk wont go through the teat hole?

then I doubt that the bottle would make a difference but then if you made the teat-hole bigger you'd probably interfere with the whole 'anti-colic' mechanism in the bottle

have you tried the 'nuk' bottle, they have a teat (size 3 bottle I think) that can easily let down thicker milks. My son had refulx and was on a formula with a thickener added and they done the trick for us.

I had a look at them today, i can get the bottles but i need to buy dr brown level 4 teats for them, they ones are made for thicker liquids. Unfortunatel nowere in my town had them, need to try elsewere. Thanks x
