I think so, but if you ask at the post office, they should know.

Children under 16 cant have their own.

When you fill in your E111 forms it asks you to put down your depedant children as then they will be able to have treatment from your own E111 card.

And get your OH to also put Oliver down on his applictation.

It also asks you to fill out your partners details on your own appliction too!

Ive just sent ours as we go away in a month.
