Thanks everyone for the handy hints.

I think I might invest in a baby bjorn and a sling, just to try them both out and return which ever one we don't get on with...or maybe it's worth having two different ones anyway.

The pics all look so cute!!

i am gonna use a sling too, i really like them, i like the material ones because i remember when i was an aupair i had one of the ones that clip for the baby and it was horrible u put one leg in and then have to balance the baby to get hte other leg in and clip it, he hated it. and they really only have a couple of positions. with the material ones you have a lot of options

for the first 3 month we didn't even have a pushchair, but were solely sling carrying.

we have two hotslings and one peanut shell and we love to have her in all of them

I find she has really strong tummy muscles for her age, even starts to make kind of sit-ups! I wonder if this comes from the sling carrying as they say it is very good for the muscle development!

atm we just can't use the peanut shell anymore as it is out of fleece what makes her skin unable to breathe and it starts to get rushed again when she is in there!

here's a pic, little bit dark though

baby wearing has been shown to benefit babies in terms of their gross motor development and muscle development. More benefits of babywearing are on here - http://www.continuum-family.com/inde...ge=babywearing
