im currently doing 15 mins on an exercise bike and 50 sit ups twice a day. is that enough, or too much????

I have the davina one and I really like it. cause it has three very differnt work outs on it, so you get a lot of variation in your routines, if your doing several a week your not constantly doing the same thing.
