I lost the weight I put on afterwards quite easily and I am sure it's down to the breastfeeding. I lost quite a lot straight afterwards and in the first few weeks which I think was the fluid I'd gained, I did Weight Watchers for a few weeks and lost a stone, the remaining stone odd came off pretty easily. I think it was a combination of not eating so much, running around after Ella and breastfeeding which burns off quite a lot of calories. I've found this time I haven't eaten so much and haven't put on nearly as much weight the first time - whether it's because I'm expecting a different sex, who knows!

H i found after the birth of marley that i lost weight pretty quickly due to the fact i was breastfeeding and after 7 months was back to a size 8! I didn't diet or take any contraception tho (thats y im pg again! oops) any pill make me pile on the pounds.

Breastfeed for longer than 6 months and u should be lookin trim in no time and try your hardest not to over eat while pg its harder to shift after a baby your matabalism works slower

I found that, I was a woolly mamoth by the time I had jess but with Joe I wasnt as large as I had to run around after Jess and couldnt spend 9 months on the couch sleeping.
It came off quicker after as well. Im still size 14 but he is only 3 months and I havent made an effort so imagine what will happen when I go back to the gym.
Have you been sicker second time round kina?

No, which is why I was sure it was another girl. I always assumed that I'd be puking my guts up with a boy, but I was only sick once, just felt really sick like with Ella.

Will you find out? I was sick as a dog with Joe, really ill but with Jess it was just a little bit. I put it down to it being the second pg and not being able to rest much but no, it was definately different. I had my suspicions it was a boy but didnt want to say too much as its all girls in my family and I didnt want people to think I was hankering for a boy when I wasnt really bothered.
Hope you are keeping well.
