I gotta take my little Lily pud to the doctors for the first time

Her belly button is all infected and gunky. Its always been a bit well crusty lol since the cord fell off then it started to get better and all of a sudden it started to get gunky again so weve been cleaning it with cool boiled water at every nappy change and letting ait get to it but last night we noticed the gunk smells so registered her this morning and got her an appointment at 4:35. I dunno if ive done something wrong hope not

The GP took some swabs as he said it looks nasty which is always an encouraging thing to hear and gave us some antibiotic cream to put on 3 times a day and if its not better by friday to take her back.

She doesnt seem bothered by it at all but I feel sorry for her.
