Smiling

Aaron is now 4 and a bit weeks old. Last week he smiled at my husband while he was having his bath, and this morning he smiled at my mum, but so far he's never smiled at me. I can't help feeling a bit jealous and unloved - I was kind of expecting him to smile at me first! At least I actually saw him smile today, as when he smiled the first time I was in another room fetching his towel from the radiator.

I guess I'll just have to be patient and wait for my turn! How old are they usually when they start smiling properly?

Olivia was 5 weeks once she started smiling properly.

She did the odd smile the week before but only rarely.

Callum did exactly the same loadsa smiles for daddy and granma but none for mummy.

He smiles loads now tho, specially for his auntie and sometimes it looks like he really wants to talk to her. so cute.
