Water?

Was thinking Noah should be sleeping through now, he goes to sleep between 7.30-8 and sleeps til about 2.30 wakes for a feed and then goes back off til about 9am! Even if he goes to bed later than 8pm he still wakes up at 2.30 for a feed, could this just be turning in to habbit?

I'm undecided, I do think 6 hours is good to go without a feed but then I think maybe he should go longer?

A couple of people have told me to give him water and that will stop him waking but I'm not sure? I don't wanna get to the point when he's 1 and still waking but I dnt wanna starve him?

Just dnt know what to do, any advice?

xx

Hi Sam,

My HV (they are all bloomin different mind) said give them milk during the night til 6 months then do the water trick. Noah still might be getting a bit hungry after 6 hours, so maybe give him it for another couple of months then crack the whip

Once he is on solids he will be more full and will probably sleep longer!

Good luck whatever you do xxx

PS I cant really give advice as my daughter is 2 next week and still wakes up during the night thirsty Its hell!xx
