Phil & Teds sport buggie

ive been looking at buying this buggie for when our new baby gets here and im a little confused...

on some websites it says the extra seat which makes it a double is only suitable for 6 months plus and on some other websites it says its suitable for newborns..

on the phil & teds website it states that its a 4 way pram and can be used like this:

do i need to buy the extra seat to also have a newborn in it aswell or is the extra seat for 6 months plus??

so confused!

If you're going to be using it for when you have two babies in it then you need the other seat. It attaches to the main frame so the toddler sits up high, whilst the normal seat reclines into a fully flat position for the newborn

I don't have one, but I did buy one and then changed my mind and returned it as I didn't like it in the flesh. Lots of people have them and get on with them though
You access the baby from the back, basically the bit that's lying flat is open at the back for you to be able to reach in and get baby from there. You can get a cocoon to put them inside before putting them in the flat bit which can be lifted in and out by its handles.

im really struggling to find a decent double buggie that fits through my front door. it wont be for long as rhys will be walking whilst we're in town by the time our new baby is 8 months or so, i doubt our newborn will be bothered he cant see much at the age of 0-8 months.
