since i stopped expressing the pain in my boobs has been incredible, i haven been able to hold Adam much coz they are so big and painfull, if he cried near me it seemed to make them worse.

yesterday and last night was the worse, today they seem to be easeing off a little

i gave up the expressing thing and am now doing formula i find it so much easier especially with the other 3 to look after i make up the bottles in morning put em in fridge then just have to heat one up when needed

yeah same here, if it was just me and Adam the expressing wouldnt have been a prob, but with 3 others to run about after it became impossible.
