Question

how did you get your baby to sleep at night

Juleika has the habit to turn the day to night and night to day, which is surely normal for such a young baby.

I am just wondering how I could change her pattern?

has anybody any advice?

My advice is to let her settle into her own pattern, although if she has set times for her milky, you can base her routine around this. Also, try to bath her around the time you would like her to realise it's bedtime, so that she gets all nice and relaxed for you. I wouldn't worry though, she will get her own little routine soon. Hope that helps you a bit!

During the night, keep things simple and boring. Keeps the lights down low so its still dark-ish and keep playing to a minumum.

Hi,

As the clock hits about 7pm we turn down all the lights so its darker, put away all her toys, speak quieter, turn down the tv and also put a grated rusk into her milk to help her sleep through the night, then she gets wrapped up tightly in her blanket and she knows its bed time!!

Hope you find your way to an easy night time! x
