toddlers and rain

Hi guys

I need advice... i have brought a double pram for when the baby comes, but Coby is going through a stage wehre he is refuseing to sit in his pram and wants to walk everywhere.

Im not considering getting a buggy board instead for him so he can walk and have the option to be wheeled if he gets tired.

Only consern i have is if its raining, i am going to look in to getting him wellies and wet weather coat/hat etc but im not sure how he will cope with it all.

How does your toddler cope with the rain?

Im not sure weather to keep the double as a back up or just to get my money back and only have teh single and buggy board.
