I voted for no hypehen but why not just name her Poppy Linda or Poppy Jean (I love Poppy Jean) and save the name you do not use for your next girl? The problem with 2 middle names is... 1. You will have to name future children with 2 middle names to match and sometimes just one is hard to come up with 2. Some girls like to use their maiden name as a middle name when they get married rather than a hyphenated last name and that would give her 3 middle names

I just figure it is a big deal naming a baby... give it a thought maybe

hyphens are a pain in the ass in my experience...well more honestly double names are.

My name is Charlotteanne, no hyphen, no the 'anne' is not a middle name but every official document I have has it listed differently because I cant afford to get them changed after they take the liberty of putting in hyphen or a space.

Even my passport (and we know how awkward those passport forms are - one letter one box!) has it with a space coz some numpty took it upon themselves to change it...so now because that was on my passport its wrong on my marriage certificate!!

Only lloyds bank have managed to get it right and give me bank cards etc with my name how I have filled in the forms.

Not that I ever use the anne part anyway its Charlotte to family or Charlie to friends LOL.

My daughter is Ruby-Summer and tbh we NEVER call her that or even use it.

It became a pain and a mouthful after about 3 mths.

Its your choice though x

My Daughter is Amelia Jessicka Raine but everyone always assumes Raine is her last name so now i put a hyphen in so its Amelia Jessicka-Raine. Although i have not, and will not, change it on her birth certificate. x

I am in the minority but I like the hyphen I think 3 names is a lot.

I voted no hyphen. My brother has both our grandad's names as his middle names and he's never had any problems.
