Marie flows nicely with lots of names and i think its v pretty I think Ava Marie sounds grand not too much of a mouthful yet feminine.

TBH i think works really well i think it sounds nice I know what you mean about Catherine though, its hard with friends names as you dont know they are going to be there in 10-15 years time. I also like Ava Rose but then i know a few people who were going with that...
