Obviously this is entirely your choice.
I voted James. It's a personal thing but for me, I just don't like messing with how names are spelled.
James is a lovely name.

I agree, it has to be James for me. You would honestly spend so much time correcting people.

One of my girls is Rebekah, but that is actually the origional spelling. Rebecca came after. But i still have to correct people at times xx

I love James, it is adorable, Jaymz reminds me of that internet txt spk tht sum ov tha teenz r usin! But I am a fan of names spelt differently, maybe Jayms? The s at the end is better IMO, I also quite like Jaims

My honest opinion is that when he's older no one is going to take him seriously. To me it just sounds like his parents can't spell and you obviously can.....

James is a lovely name though

I would say James...because otherwise your son is going to go through his whole life having everyone spell his name wrong.

defo James... im not a fan of putting Z's in names but thats just my personal opinion

it could make him stand out at school (not in a good way) when everyone spells it wrong & teachers could assume he is being cheeky by correcting people iyswim? xx
