My OH's name is Brian. TBH, I don't like it. I always wonder why his mom picked the name Brian...

I prefer Ryan. I don't mind Brian, it's a nice normal decent name, but it just doesn't wow me, and it either makes me think of someone middle aged or the dog from Family Guy

I normally like 'old fashioned' traditional names but dont like brian sorry.

It conjurs up an image of a middle age man with a beard and beige trousers.

Sorry no offence meant!!! xxxx

I don't like Ryan, all it brings to mind are all the stupid frat boys. I know a lot of Brian's and they're all nice people and generally responsible.

I don't know what a frat boy is, so I'm ok with it Google says it's like a rudeboy? I've only ever met nice Ryans here int he UK
