Like Sophia Louise, Sophia Marie. They 'flow' nicely and are easy to say, you don't want two 'a' sounds together, (eg Sophia Alexandra) as that's a bit awkward sounding.

You could look to your family and friends for middle name inspiration - Ruby's middle name is Rosemary, it was my grandma's middle name.
