Amy sleeps from 7 pm until 8 am, she is 11 months (nearly one!), so 13 hours at night, and has two daytime naps for half an hour to an hour each. I think 15 hours is what they should be sleeping at this stage so she is about right. x

Oliver has 2 different patterns!
He goes down at 9 and either sleeps until 6, then has a feed and is awake. Or he will have a feed at 4 and then sleep until 7 or 8.
Some days he sleeps all day (literally!) and other days he is awake all day, with a few 10 minute naps. Neither of these types affects the way he sleeps at night.
He is 6 weeks old now and has been like this since about 2/3 weeks.

Dec is near 14 months he sleeps from 7.30pm- 7/7.30am, he has a 1/2 nap in the morning (not every day) so whats that? 12/12.5 hours a day. I think between 12-15 hours a day is normal at this age. xx
