Cradle cap - photos attached, CC or eczema??

Hi all

Well after visiting the pediatrician this week she told me that Gabbi has eczema on her forehead and she gets it from me (the allergy queen!!!). Well I am not convinced. I have had eczema all my life, my cousin has suffered all his life with psoriasis on his face and head so I do know what it can look like, I've had it in various forms as it changed as I got older.

ANYWAY (waffle mode today lol! ) What do you think? I know we are not doctors, BUT sometimes the experiences we all have in life can sometimes be more accurate than a doctor who has to find what it is based on facts (as in doc knows I have allergies so it HAS to be because of me!!!)

Not sure if posted in a previous thread but Gabbi is not eating too much or gaining too much weight as her local doc said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gonna change docs! She is just under 5.4 kgs and 55 - 56 cms in length, pretty much average for a 2 month old.

Thanks Jacky. So was it CC or eczema? I do put olive oil on it, also in her scalp as she has a little there but not much. She had spots for a while on her cheeks, but these have gone now. She has a bit of a red rash under her chin, but a tiny bit of sudocrem shifts that. I try to keep it as dry as possible to as she has triple chin so milk, saliva etc tends to settle there!

Me too, thanks. The description of CC on most website is almost exactly what Gabbis is like.
