Ok so Ive seen many opinions before but want to put them all in same spot!
We have 2 moses baskets one is pretty big its ace and she had PLENTY of use of it however the 2nd was diddy squashed look and didn't get used much so I'vekept that for Caitlins dolls lol so this time I'm thinking of using the moses down and a crib upstairs at bedtime ...I have seen people get more use of these over a moses! 6 monsth + on decent ones until baby can pul them selves up at least!
Any experience girls?

I have a crib in my room and a moses basket in front room (only cause I had this one with mikey, - otherwise i wouldn't of bothered!). I love my crib, it's brilliant, so sturdy and big. And it glides!!!

You think it will last longer than your moses?

Oh deffo, shes not got much room left in the moses basket and shes 52cm and 8lb 8oz and only 12 days old. But the crib is so roomy. I don't plan to need to get the cot out until shes 6mths.

i definalty say crib is better than moses hun, with my daughter i bought both and she hated her moses after about 6 weeks as she was cramped in but her crib lasted right up until after 6 months, so with this baby i just got my crib xx

We've only ever used a crib, and honestly I think if we'd bought a moses basket Hannah would have been to big to get much use out of it

Only bought a crib. Thought moses was waste of money since they grow so fast.Moses does look cute though.I also like baby hammocks.

We only have a crib and a co-sleeper next to our bed. I think my idea of a crib is different than yours though. My cribs mattress moves up when the baby can't sit up and down once they begin to sit and stand. What's a cot?
