A bit of fever that won't go away

Josh has had his second set of jabs yesterday and since yesterday evening he has 101 of fever, it went down to 100.6 but doesn't go lower than that. It doesn't seem to bother him that much (still eat very well and smile)

I gave him a bit of baby tylenol and I tried to cool him down a bit and it won't work. Should I be worried? I know it's normal to have a fever after jabs but it's been a while now ! Should I go to the doctors with him?

I'm so worried, but I don't want to go for nothing!

It sometimes take upto 4 days to go away,so I would say hang in there. I'm sure he will soon be as good as new!

Sharlotte had a fever on and off for 4 days or so... she was still active, and mostly happy. And other than the slight cold she got which she is just getting over (10 days ago had her pokes)...she's right as rain.
