Trike Beeper/Horns

My folks are buying C and T trikes for their birthdays. They have a little ride on thingy-ma-bob already that has a great beeper on it. A bit like this:

They just kinda bash it and it squeeks. I want something that I can put on their trikes like a horn or a beeper. Anyone know where I can get one? Will they be able to work a traditional horn, like this:

oh I would definitely say you'd get something like at a bike shop.
