Ok, here goes...We started supplementing with formula when Mika was five days old because he was losing too much weight. Shortly thereafter we switched to formula completely. He has been on the same formula since we started and up until recently was very spitty but it was just small amounts of spit up that would just dribble out his mouth. We just assumed he was a spitty baby.

A few days ago we went to my grandma's house where he projectile vomited. Projectile meaning his puke went about three feet! Then he did the same thing at my mom's a few days later. The projectile vomiting continued later that day, along with a fever and some diarrhea (mild) which we put down to a d&v virus that is going around. His fever is since gone and the diarrhea has stopped, in fact he seems to be pooing a bit less than before (still having plenty of wet diapers though).

Now he is spitting up a lot more than before at every feeding and it seems like a LOT more spit up. A few times he has projectile vomited with his feedings, but seems to want to eat immediately afterward. He doesn't seem to be in any pain during/after feedings and keeping him upright doesn't seem to help at all. Should I be concerned? Is this reflux or normal spitting up or something else?

He does have a pediatrician appointment Wed. for his well-baby visit, so I will mention it then, just curious if you ladies had any ideas or if you thought I should call before then. Thanks!

I'm afraid I don't have any advice, as I don't know much about reflux. I'd give them a call before Wednesday if you're worried hun.
