I think you just play it by ear for a while and you will start to notice a pattern yourself, my baby was formula fed so she slept longer anyway. If i remember at 1st she was feed and bed at 7pm then - 11pm, 3.30ish then 6.30ish. She then started sleeping til 5.30 and i would just top her up, then wake at 6.30-7ish.
Then I found as she got older, i found i was having to wake her. Everyone told me not to wake her, just to leave her. So i left her to sleep through the 11.30 feed within a week or so, she was sleeping from 9pm to 6.30am.

I also started putting my baby in her cot awake maybe about the 2 month mark. My friend told me to do this. She gets all her cuddles during the day but i try to keep cuddles to bare minimum at night, just a cosy and a kiss, say "night night" and put her in. I started putting her in when she was just dozing, now I can put her in fully awake (legs kicking and all). by the time I get down the stairs to switch monitor on, shes sleeping. If she wakes, its usually for a dummy, I just put it in and leave her, no chatting lol. It was the same when I fed her during the night, I just fed and changed her, not chat. I know it sounds harsh but it worked for me.

I think your baby has to regain there birth weight or something before you can let them sleep through feeds, not sure, as i left it until she was older
