Can you make your baby sad? as if you would want to!!

My OH thinks its dead funny to make Mylo sad once in a while.

but my OH does this 'growl' and we discovered by acccident that it makes him have proper BOTTOM LIP ACTION!! haha

its so cute.. but I feel so cruel .. I have a go at OH when he suggest doing it.. its not nice.. my poor baby boy..

does anyone else do things to their children just for entertainment purposes?

i havent watched your video, but i think it sounds mean.....wouldnt be impressed with people doing that to my baby either. hes not a toy.

Awwww your LO is soo cute, him laughing in that vid really made my morning! didnt watch to the end, but i too would be slapping OH for making my wee man sad! its bad enough when hes crying and its not our fault!! lol

Ill do things like put our sunglasses on her or a silly hat, but i would never do anything intentionally to make her sad. Infact thinking about it makes me sad lol

I do something sort of similar where when i know LO is looking at me (while im holding her) and im looking away or watching tv, and i'll suddenly look at her and say "Boo!" and she jumps and looks so startled! Then she giggles her little head off like she appreciates the joke, lol. So it makes her laugh instead of sad, but think it does frighten her for a moment!

Aw, no we certainly don't do things to upset Sam, not intentionally anyway. If we do something and it upsets him we just don't do it again, we definitely wouldn't keep doing it for entertainment value. It's a bit mean really!!

My OH thinks it's cute when Sam jibs his lip though, so when ever he does it, he wants to capture a photo so we get a balanced catalogue of what Sam looked like, rather than just all smiley photos!

Im sorry but your OH is just mean, why would anyone go out of their way to upset a baby.

Once when Katie was having a bath, i was hoovering and i went into the bathroom with the vac on, she screamed blue murder and it scred the shit out of her and now i wont hoover in there, just mop. Same with the baby monitor, if its on and she is downstairs and she see the lights go up indicating noise upstairs, she goes into a blind panic and tries to climb all over me, so i turn it off asap.

I dont keep it on to intentionally make her cry, its fecking cruel!!!!

WELL i GAVE OH A GOOD SLAP AND A TELLING OFF.. AND NOW HE AINT DOING IT AGAIN TO MY POOR BABY BOY. I LIKE HIM ALL SMILEY. LOL
OH STILL THINKS ITS HILARIOUS THOUGH. I WAS ABLE TO STOP THE BOTTOM LIP TURNING INTO A CRY BUT MAKING HIGH PITCH FUNNY NOISE AND GIVING HIM A CUDDLE.

Hey sweetie,
A lot men are funny like that they think its cute and sometime to an extent it is cute, but being a mommy women tend to be more sensitive towards it. As I would be but my lovely boyfriend would laugh loads to see those lil facial expressions rather it be happy or sad it amazes him all the same.

I watched your video and he such a cutie pie!
