2 Month Olds - how long are/were yours lol PLEASE TAKE PART :) - Page 2

Bun was a month early and was 6lbs 11 oz at birth, but he was really skinny since was 52cm long. We went on a mad shopping spree buying 0-3 month (which he didn't fit yet) and smaller. Shouldn't have bothered though - he grew so fast! He was into 3-6 month 7 weeks later and was 12lbs at his 2-month check-up!

Even though Carmen has her 2-month check-up tomorrow, I got impatient and got out the tape measure.

She's about 21 in. long now (about 53.3 cm). I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how much she weighs though, as I don't have an accurate scale.
She was born full-term 6 lb. 1 oz. and 19 inches long.

I can't really participate since my son is a giant. Lol
he was BORN at 23.25in (almost 60cm) I think at 2 months he was around 25 inches (63.5 cm)

Megan was born 3 weeks early - 19" (48.3cm) long & 5 lbs 14oz

At 5 weeks she was 21" (53.3cm) and approx. 8 lbs 11oz

At 9 weeks (2months) she was 21 1/4" (54cm) and 10 lbs

She had a growth spurt at 10 weeks and seemed to grow overnight to 23" (58.4cm) and now has stayed the same height it seems since then.

Right now at 3 1/2 months she is approx. 12 1/2 lbs and still around 23".

well it seems as if Ethan is average then for his age esp. height wise so why's he on the 2nd percentile line?

Bryson was 6lbs 14oz and 21 inches long at birth. He was born at 39+5.

At 2 months old he was 11lbs 7oz and 23 inches long. Very tall baby.

He is now 5 months old and weighs 17lbs and 26 1/2 inches long.

He is in the 50th percentile for weight and 90th for height.

Omar was 8lbs 52 cm @ birth. 8 wks check up was 13.6 lbs 60 cm. Now I think he's 16 lbs 66-67 cm.

mya was 13 days late weighed 7lb 13oz but wasnt measured.

at 3.5 weeks she was 9lb 60z n measured 54cms

at her 8 week check weighed 11lb 3oz and is a giant 59cms lol, she looks massive next to all the other 2 months olds at the docs lol x

What is this percentile chart? Is there a site where you can input LOs weight/height and find out??? My doc maps Buns growth, but it is only compared to himself - to make sure he is growing steadily. It doesn't compare him to an average, since they are all different weights at birth & grow differently! She comments that he is big though - that's why I think he is larger than the norm.

Bethan was 9lb9oz when she was born and 53cm long. at 7 weeks she was 12lbs 7oz and 56.5cms long. She was big when she was born so she had a bit of a head start.

I wouldnt worry too much about the size of your baby compared to others, they are all different and so long as he is healthy and happy then thats all that matters. They even out as they get older.
