People seem to irritate me lately..... is it me??
When LO was little people used to ask me this and he was a colicky baby so I always answered no he is not a good baby but I love him just the way he is. It usually shut them up and they walked away.

Have you tried sock ons? They work really well for me.

lots of things annoy me to be honest lol and pritty much every thing people have allready said makes my blood boil (p&c parking, people on busses, people driving inconcideratly, people in ryans face and people using ryan to have a dig at me) but what REALY REALY gets to me is when randomers that ryan hardly knows refer to themselfs as 'aunty!'
eg "awww come to aunty dee"
grrrr it makes me so mad!

I just wanted to add something to this thread, I have noticed multiple comments about people being "obviously able bodied" with regard to things like using the lifts. Just people a person doesn't have a disability you can see it doesn't mean they don't have a disability.

I don't appear to have a disability but I am epileptic, if I were to have a seizure it would be far safer for me to be in a lift rather than on stairs or an escalator (falling to the floor as oppose to falling down the stairs/escalator). I don't usually take the lift as I hate them but when I have a warning a seizure might be imminent I would take them as I prefer not to end up with a concussion (again) where possible. To everyone else though I look like an able bodied adult blocking up the lift.

Its an issue I deal with a lot, I have a disabled bus pass and rail card and often I get people holding on to it to check it two or three times to ensure the photo is really me, then looking me up and down to work out where the disability is. I once had a ferry operator ask me if I had "stolen them from my granny" when I used the tokens I was given by my local council as an alternative to the bus pass to pay for my fare. My brother gave up claiming the travel pass/tokens because of the issues he had for not looking sufficiently disabled. He prefers not to deal with the comments/hassle.

mine are the same as above really
i do really hate it when cars are parked on the pavement, last week i had to leave a note on someones car as i could barely get the pram through, how can people be so thoughtless.
someone did this the other day and i had to cross the roads as there was no room, and... they had a 'baby on board' sign in their car!!

-old people using my pram on the bus as some kind of walking aid. WTF?

-ppl without children parking at the parents&baby spots

-ppl running right into your pram and then give me an evil look

-ppl who stop walking for no reason and just stand there and then give me evils when i ask them to move

-ppl who ask dumb question about LO; is it a boy or girl ( he wears blue - have a guess), is he a good baby (as if I would tell YOU that he's being a little monkey at the moment), does he sleep throught the night (always always say yes, or you get crappy advice)

-ppl (who you don't even know) tell you look tired - WTF? Mind your own business

-ppl who walk up to the pram, look into the pram and then walk off

-stupid stares at the buggy, me, hubby or my son

-stupid comments about my son's haircolour (he's strawberry blonde) and then give you a smile and say "Well let's hope it changes"

-ppl trying to get a smile out of him when he's screaming his head off

-ppl who come up to you when you push the screaming LO around and ask 21 question...oooh is he hungry - nope just feed him, maybe the nappy - nope just changed him, maybe he's hot - nope just checked, is he maybe teething - he's 4 weeks old , oooooh what's wrong with him then - absolutely nothing, he just screams just i won't take him out in the p*ssing rain and give him a cuddle or just because of the fact that he CAN.

I could go on like this forever....I think it would be so much easier if just ppl with children would be on this planet and everybody else get's moved to Mars.

I wanted to add that I get irritated when it seems that every woman over the age of 50 has told me that their spouse never changed a diaper and they seem proud of this fact. I actually cant see my grandmother without her announcing this to the room - that my grandpa never changed a diaper his whole life. I think every aunt of dh & me & both our mothers said this to us - its like they are saying they had it so much worse or something cause their husbands didnt help out? Its so odd - and annoying & it doesnt seem like something worth bragging about! Also - I hate it when they say it in front of dh who then thinks he must be overachieving when he does a diaper!
