A question about the Vital ones, some reviews say they are a bag rather than an actual bottle. How do you hold them whilst feeding then?

I find the milk makes them rigid enough to hold... they're a bit squishy, but they don't wobble all over the place or anything.

As the milk goes down, you can just move your hand up the bottle. The "lid" bit is quite big, so once the bottle is nearly done, you can hold onto that
