crying my eyes out! Wonderful that no-one is badly hurt.

Too many selfish idiots out there just don't think of the consequences. What's happening to the driver?

Thanks everyone for your support and kind messages.

The other driver is fine but the only action being taken is the insurance claim against him because there were no witnesses and no proof other than his word to us that he was speeding and careless. Because we have only minor injuries and the car wasn't too badly damaged the police wouldn't take it further as he has admitted fault so it's not worth their time. To be honest I am glad because he was really nice and very upset when he realised we had Joseph in the car, even more so when I said we had lost a baby after a road accident.

Joseph is still fine and I'm so relieved but I had to go back to the doctor today, I have a torn tendon in my knee and it's been getting more painful all week.

She told me to avoid kneeling down which is impossible with Joseph about, I spend half my day on the floor with him, but she expects it to have healed on it's own in a few weeks if I am careful not to strain it further.

Thank you all again for your concern.
