Regular periods?

I got pregnant after 10 years on the pill and when I came off my cycles were 3 months long.

When your period returned after pregnancy was it as it used to be before (or when not on the pill if you were)?

Just wondering if I should expect my cycles still to be sorting themselves out as they hadn't the chance before I got pregnant.

Didn't want to read and run, but here I am, 7.5 months after my daughter was born, and no period yet - just some spotting. So I'd have to say that no, things aren't like they were!!!

If u'r bfing u might not even have a cycle until u start weaning. My mom never had cycles or even spotting while bfing. I was also on the Pill for 7 yrs before getting pregnant, but when back to the pill after 5 wks frm delivery & I'm ffing.

I started back on the mini pill Cerazette 6 weeks after birth during my first period. Then had spotting on and off since - sometimes for 1-2 days at a time sometimes just for a few hours! it's annoying and unpredictable! I was on the same pill before stopping to ttc and never had any spotting or periods! grrrr
