I gained 2 and a half stone ish ( not really sure, at 8 months preg i'd gained 2 stone so guessing!)

Weighed myself last week and i was at my pre-preg weight (though still a clothes size bigger!) but i am about 4 stone overweight anyway!

I was 8.5 stone pre-pregnancy and went up to 10.5 stone. A week after the birth I went back down to my pre-pregnancy weight and was able to fit into my old clothes. A few weeks afterwards I was able to fit into my skinny jeans that I bought the weekend before I found I was pregnant. I've had to wait until my 6 week post natal check before I can exercise. I made full use of my pregnancy and pigged out but since have started eating healthy again.

ive always been 'overweight' app tho im 5"5 and a size 12...!
put on 2 stone and 10 days after having harriet id lost most of it! still got a few pounds to shift but i was straight back in all my pre pregnancy clothes - i really was all baby bump and a bit of water retention.

brought a Wii Fit - must say it is absolutely fab and can defo feel it working!! just wish i had more time to use it!!

im usually about 10st6lbs but lost a stone in the first 12 weeks. at the end of my pregnancy i weighed 11stone but when i came out of hospital i weighed 9st6lb which makes no sense. i think i have put some back on now though which im cool with as i look really sickly when i am undery 10st

At 12stn I was overweight prior to pregnancy. Went up to 14st 7lbs (probably more as that was at around 30wks). Now 11wks pp I'm around 13st. Need to weigh myself.

I am planning to join slimming world again. Last time I was there I wend down to 10st which is great for me. Looked nice and healthy

I didn't pig out, although wasn't that careful about what I ate either, and put on just over 1.5 stone I think (9.5-just over 11). When I stood on the wii fit last week it told me I was 9.5 stone again so back to normal weight in about 9 weeks. I was amazed because I haven't been watching what I eat post baby either, if anything eating more bad stuff cos it's easier to grab (don't have as much time to cook proper meals with a young baby do you?)
The only exercise I've done is trying to go for a walk most days, probably a mile at the most. I think it's BF that's done the most for the weight loss - better than any diet....

Same here! I thought pregnancy was a great way of getting away with stuffing my face! :-D So went from 10 stone to 15 stone!!!! Ridiculous.

I lost 2 stone pretty much straight away (Within the first 6/8 weeks i think?) without really doing much (I have a wiifit and went on that a bit and was careful about what i was eating) Then i started working out every day and cutting out all fatty foods in my diet (lost almost another stone), then my HV had a go at me saying that i wasnt getting enough calories and was putting my milk production at risk. Which worried me a little so i stopped trying to loose weight.

I'm starting to do sit ups, crunchs etc to tone my stomach but that is pretty much it until i stop breastfeeding methinks!

I'm like you, I stuffed my face when pregnant, I don't think I actually stopped eating. I put on around 3 stone when pregnant. Before I got pregnant I was between 10-10.5 stone (didn't really weigh myself immediately prior to it but it was something like that), and after the birth I lost about 1.5 stone really quickly. But now, I am stuck at about 11 stone 4lbs and it is not coming off!!!

Admittedly I should try harder but it seems that when I do try not much happens. It is a bit depressing Exercise would help but I have no motivation, plus when would I find the time?!

At least you had your LO recently, I kept using that excuse but LO is nearly 6 months now so I don't think I can use that one anymore... haha.

I was 10stone before pregnant, and 13stone after. I went down to 12st 7lbs after having him then went back up to 12st 10lbs.

I'm now 9st 4lbs and my weight loss has completely stopped in the last month. So in 7 months I lost 3st 6lbs after the water/baby/placenta/blood loss. I didn't shift anything in the first month and then it just started falling off.

However, I was calorie counting, well, estimating, and having about 1700-2000cals a day, doing some Wii Fit, breastfeeding, and babywearing. I still breastfeed and babywear but I'm not monitoring my food intake anymore. We don't have a car so I walk and bus everywhere whilst wearing a 22lbs baby and that's pretty much the only exercise I do consistently. I try to do some Wii Fit for strength training and stuff but it's impossible to find the time.

breastfeeding defo is a miricale thing not just for baby but for me too lol, before my little one i was more a size 10/12, by my 6 weeks check i had gone back to my pre preg weight and now i'm more like an 8/10 no dieting i eat what i want (within reason good with the bad) the only exersise i get is running round after my girls, but then i do have the school run twice a day which i walk which includes walking up a hill twice a day, so that keeps me fit. x
