How much sleep do YOU get?

There's loads of threads about how much our LO's sleep, but I wondered, with all the feeding/winding/changing etc how much sleep would you say YOU get at night?

I think I get about 6 hours in 3 blocks of 2 hours at a time. To get that I need to go to bed at 8pm! I can't sleep in the day because of my 3 year old.

So just out of interest, what is anyone else like?

About 6 hours (in broken chunks) normally but the last 3 nights I have had no more than 2 hours, damn growth spurt

! I do go to bed quite late though as hubby doesn't get home from work til 10 then I make him some dinner etc so not usually in bed til 12ish.

i get around 7-8 hours.. in one block lol Laila has her last feed between 12-1 am then sleeps til 8-9am.. she is 3 months old though lol xx

i go to bed at 830pm 2 give morgan his last little bottle,hes in my bed wont go in the cot, hes feeling to make sure im there ALL night and from the past 3wk hes been getting up at 5am

all my sleeps broken

about 6 hours in various block sizes, longest normally 4 hours.

She is a cuddle monster who is teething and growing!

for the last week i have been getting about 7 hours of broken sleep. before that it was 6, same as you x

I would say 4 or 5 on a bad night and 6 or 7 on a good night!

LO is almost 3 months old and goes down by 8pm usually and I have to get up at least once during the night but sometimes it is 2 or 3 times. Last night was one of the horror nights so I will be off to bed soon I think!

yeah i mostly get 2 hours at a time, about 6 hours a night.
cant wait for night feeds to be a thing of the past im nakerd!! spesh as OH is a selfish tw@ and wont ever get up
