Also, i think it doesnt matter if it was one doctor or the hospital in general, The hospital shouldnt let someone be negligent. I dont know who specifically is to blame for what happened to me but in general its the care of the hospital to blame. Like someone else said, they employed them... I would go for it even if he has left the country. I think that if they were to loose a case and it was his/her fault, then he can get points or something on his medical liscence no matter where he is.. *i think*

Unless it's against the NHS who can't afford to hire more midwifes & nurses to help with these kind of problems, but have to end up shelling out thousands in compensation?

Complain def, even if the Dr isnt there anymore, its still the hospitals job to ensure that your health is in good hands with its staff.

the hospital i had zane in is all over the news most of the time for being so bad thats why in away i didnt complain as i knew it wouldnt get seen to. even the boss of the hospital quit to protest against the place.

really wish i had tried to go futher with my complaints.

nope stafford hospital. the list is endless with how rubbish they are

Oh dear, I remember hearing about some of that, it was pretty horrific wasn't it?

Will you be able to go somewhere else next time?

That's rubbish. All it does is further stretch an already underfunded NHS. Money is needed for equipment and staff.. not 'compensation'. I find it very counterproductive.

yeah im not living there anymore my ohs in army so if we have another ile be far away from stafford lol

they told my mates father inlaw that he had aids when he didnt! he went thru all the treatment his wife left him cuz she thought hed cheated then one day so oh sorry u dont have aids

thats just one shocking story i cud tell u about
