Scott was the same, I just continued the 'night' rountine no talking, lights, playing etc till 7am and after a week it worked, he now wakes at 7 sometimes half hour either side, but I agree going to bed later don't make a diff x

Dont really have ne advice but maybe u should take a nap when he does sometimes when I've had a real bad night with kye knowing that I can take a nap with him in the afternoon gets me through the day and I feel alot more better after even if its just a hour!!!

Most of the sleep books would advise to put him to bed earlier...they say earlier they go to bed the better they sleep! And maybe if he slept on his own he'd sleep better? My son now sleeps from 7:30 to 7:00/7:30, usually up once for a bottle.

It's strange that they say to put them to bed earlier, I always thought that would mean they'd wake up earlier!
