9 weeks today and he slept through the WHOLE NIGHT!!!

I feel as fresh as a daisy. He went down at 7.30 and I got to eat dinner hot for first time since he was born and then he woke at about 10.30 and i fed him as i was going to bed then anyway and then i woke up at 3am checked he was still breathing lol as he normally is up every 2 hours!!!!
He was and so i pumpd as my boobs were fulol from not feeding so frequently and then he woke up at 7am!
Cant believe it!

The secret?

Swaddling!
I never knew how to do it and my friend showed me yesterday and he loves it.
He was back down asleep by 8am and still is half hour later so i have had a nice egg on toast breakfast and gonna crack on with the ironing which is as tall as me!

good news. I love swaddling, but somehow Omar always manages to free himself, & I always find the blanket under him & I dont really knw how he can do it.
