Bad Nappy Rash

My poor ickle baby has such a sore bottom
he's never had nappy rash before, until his first teeth started to cut through!

He was sore in the crack at the top of his leg, and yesterday it looked like it was getting better. I was at work today and OH never mentioned it had got worse. I changed him at bed time, and as I was cleaning him he screamed so much There was a little bit of blood and his entire bottom was really red! I let him have about 20 mins of nappy free time and then slapped on a lot of sudocream but i feel so bad

Yes Boots, and Sainsburys definitely do it.
Its in a tube which is inside a box, like the size of a small toothpaste box I think - the box is mainly white, with a bit of yellow and a baby on the one side.

yeh its always Daddy or the MIL

When you use the Metanium, on the box it says to put it on very thinly - I spose its so the skin can still breathe!

Is Metanium the brand name? Whats the main ingredients? Curious as I havent heard of that in the u.s. and wondering if we have something similar. Megan has issues with the creases in her upper leg- gets raw looking but not exactly diaper rash wonder if something other than sudocream would work.
