I'd just give him what he takes from the spoon/syringe - don't add anymore if he spits some out

Try the syringe but make sure you aim it in to his cheeks, not into his mouth or at the throat x

Hope it heals up quickly, looks really sore the poor mite

Ah.. Poor little guy and poor mummy!! There is nothing worse than a poorly lo. Rubie had a cold and i was worried sick. Don't kick yourself tho hun, like the doc said it's drool and clothes rubbing. Cant be helped, you wernt to know. Really hope he gets better soon. Lots of luv n hugs. x x

This is just one of those horrible things that happens sometimes to lovely people and is not in any way a reflection of how you are as a parent. PLEASE don't feel bad about it. Mason is a happy thriving gorgeous little boy, and that is a testament to you as a Mummy.

Does his antibiotics taste of anything? I was just thinking, if it's tasteless and you have no luck with a syringe you could try mixing it into his food to see if you can get it in that way.
