Thomas slept through the night! (Sleep Sense Support)

I'm so excited!!
He went to bed at 7.30, not a peep out of him till 5.30, when he stirred and let out a couple of cries. I was sure I would have to feed him but he just grumbled and groaned for about 5 minutes or so and went back to sleep by himself. Woke up at 7 this morning with a smile on his face!

I'm over the moon, he's exclusively breast fed and up until 3 days ago he was waking every two hours for a feed from 1 a.m. onwards. I have been using the sleep sense programme and I would highly highly recommend it!!! We just had to make a few small changes to the way we were doing things and the change in just a few days has been unbelievable!!

No it is suitable for both. The only reason I mention that he is breast fed is because I assumed that that would mean he wouldn't sleep through until he was a good bit older!

I'm so happy for you Polaris

Is Sleep Sense the Dana lady? I've just been on her website and filled out the sleep survey. Did you wait for an e-mail back from her before you paid and ordered the electronic manuals? Also, how do you pay in pounds?

Sorry for all the questions but we have some good and some not so good nights with LO so I'm interested in trying it. I'm not sure if our recent problems are due to sore gums though.

So glad it worked for you and you had a good nights sleep.xx

Yes Dana Obleman is the author of sleep sense.

I would really recommend getting the full guide, you get access to videos too which are handy for getting an overview, I got OH to watch them as he's not a big reader, LOL. The thing I liked about it is that it lays out step by step exactly what you should do, but gives you options about how to go about it. Whereas I found that a lot of other books are great for explaining the theory but not particularly practical in terms of how you apply it to your child.

Poppy7 - I just paid with my credit card so it converts the currency for you automatically.
