| Tips please - sleeping probs at 4 months!
Okay, my daughter is 4.5 months and was sleeping from 7pm feed (11pm dream feed) through to 7 or 8am from about 2 months. She is suddenly now waking up between 3 and 5am crying, cant be lulled back to sleep with the dummy and hardly takes any of a bottle if we offer it. She also wont go back to sleep for at least an hour after she wakes up and when she finally does is really restless until the morning. Im at a loss to know why. She isnt teething yet as she shows no signs at all and she isnt a big feeder and is not ready for weaning yet. Im desperate to get her back into her old routine and need some suggestions please :-) Ive never dealt with this before as my 2 sons slept through the night from 8 weeks old and never regressed. Also my daughter doesnt sleep much during the day (never has) she is a napper and doesnt ever have a 'big' sleep.
