who else is obsessed with sleep?

I find that I am totally obsessed with threads about sleep at the moment! I can't seem to read enough about how everyone else's LOs are sleeping, napping, tips for improving sleep, etc. I think it might be because I'm not getting enough! (enough sleep that is, LOL)

i know what you mean, i'm really trying not to be though, hoping if i just keep going it will all suddenly get easier! x

im the same hun,my little one isnt sleeping very much at all at the moment, no matter what i seem to do. soo i keep checking in case there is a tip i havent tried

I'm so obsessed I'm reading this one....

For me, it's because we used sleepsense and it was so good and so effective, I want to give everyone the opportunity to give it a go. I know how we felt when bedtime and naptime stopped being a nightmare and I want everyone to feel that way too.

Yes me too! Sam is just so bad at getting to sleep, and in the day time he doesn't stay asleep either. I guess I'm hoping that one day I'll chance upon the miracle sleep cure!

But sleepsense huh? I think Ill read this now!!!!

Me too! I have even downloaded another iPod application so that I can record Elliott's nap/sleeping patterns. How sad am I lol?!! I like to be able to see at a glance when he last slept, ate etc to make sure I don't misinterpret any cues (I really should learn to trust my mothering instinct more). I don't know why I do this as I do not enforce a strict routine on him (apart from bedtime) and I feed on demand and let him sleep when he's tired so it seems daft really! :unsure:
