Anyone been put off having more kids? - Page 3

I think I want another too.....my LO is 3 months old

Yeah I don't think I want any more. It's not the experience of labour or motherhood that's put me off, it's how on earth I would care for a baby when I had another child to look after, too! I really have noooo idea how people cope with say, a newborn and a 3 yr old...

actually yea i quite agree.i find it hard to cope with a 7 year old and a newborn so how the hell do these mums cope with toddlers

they need a medal!

I absolutely want another...but not for a year or two! Want to enjoy having Luka on his own for awhile still...and just couldn't handle a LO while Luka is still young!
I couldn't even think about it when Luka was a month old....I was too exhausted to even contemplate it, I'm sure you'll feel differently when your LO is older.

It's funny because when Beth was born I was well up for having another baby. I was on here gushing about it and I would have got pregnant right away if I could. But as time has gone by I am seriously reconsidering. I think at nearly 3 months I have realised how bloody hard one is let alone two!

I was put off after my Lo had such bad colic and ive had no sleep for 8 months now! I think 1 baby is enough for me!

I didn't want any kids at all, Then Josh came along & i was dead set on not having no more that was it me & my boy, I was happy with that & had no desire what so ever ... Along came Jax & i'm now wanting to get sterilised. I've spoke to the doc who has told me to go back in 4 month when jax will be over 6month as he thinks " hormones " play a part after having a baby. So i'm waiting then i'll see if he'll sort me out *woop* x

Nope, not put off at all, OH and I have both said that we want another one however it will be mid to late 2011 at the earliest that we start TTC again.

I wasn't planning on having more than 1, but OH and I both want more! We are TTC in April - LOL!
