Do babies have a growth spurt at around 14 wks?

For the past few days Ava has been sleeping A LOT and today it's been the worst. She slept from 10 P.M. last night until 8 A.M. this morning and the only reason she didn't sleep any later is because I decided to wake her up. At 10 A.M. she went back down and slept from then till 12 P.M. (I woke her up again for a feed) and she went right back down. She slept 12:15 P.M. till 4:00 P.M. and I had to wake her again (I had errands to run and I had to bring her to my cousins so she could watch her for me). I fed her right before I left cus her last feeding was at 12 P.M. and she ate 4 OZ and fell back asleep in the car and at my cousins woke from her sleep right after I left (4:30 P.M.) and ate 4 more OZ and then I picked her up at 5:30 P.M. and as soon as we got home which was at 5:45 P.M. she ate another 4 OZ and played for an hour and a half and is now out like a light.

She has no fever (I've been checking all day long) and is smiling/laughing/cooing/happy and is pooing normally (had 3 BM's today). So I'm guessing this is a growth spurt? Is it normally around 14 weeks they go through one????....

I'm just worried.

The most common growth spurts are 2 months, 4 months and 6 months, But babies dont always follow that pattern so yeh it could be, probably is if shes not unwell. Usually they will cluster feed a lot for a few days, then be SO tired aswell. then theyre fine and normal and u realise they dont fit their clothes! Also babies dont follow the same pattern all the time.

yep, 3 months aswell!
But what i was meaning was babies dont follow the rule, like Ava had her first and second growth spurts a week early each time.. so at 14 weeks she cud be having her growth spurt a couple weeks late etc, all normal.

That's very true
Evie has always been bang on time for her growth spurts, and she guzzled more ounces than usual yesterday, and cleared a 6 oz bottle this morning, so I'm guessing this is the start of her growth spurt! And she's 3 months on Wednesday
