'Babble Box' and 'Heuristic Play' classes

My local SureStart centre offers these classes. Just wondered whether anybody has any experience of them. They both sound quite good fun. Would you say they're suited for a baby of 4 months, or are they for older babies? (The leaflet from SureStart says 0-1, so in theory my LO is the right age, but 0-1 is a big age span so wonder whether it's closer to one end or other of the age range.)
