Freaky Feet! *With Pics*

My baby has freaky feet!

I noticed it when she was first born, but i thought it was normal. Well, maybe not normal, but i thought it would fix itself up, then kind of forgot about it.

Then today she had her 12 week shots and my dad came and held her while the nurse injected her, and my dad asked what was wrong with her toes, and the nurse looked slightly worried and said 'Well, just keep an eye on them... they might right themselves eventually' but she did look quite worried.

Is this normal? Will they go 'normal'? What do your babies toes and feet look like at this age?

I don't know how well the pictures so it, but to describe it, on one foot she has her second and forth toes a lot more forward than her other three toes, and on the other foot she has just her forth toe a lot more forward than the others. It's very strange and does look odd. Do you think it will cause walking problems in the future? :-S Do you think i should get a doctors appointment? Or do you think it's nothing to worry about?

did not want to read and run. i would maybe take her to see doctor just to see what they say. i have no answers i am afraid hun, but i think if it was my lo i would take her to doc and get some advice. i am sure it will be something that will sort itself out as she grows. try not to worry. x

Slightly different, but my toes stick up a bit like that, They dont touch the floor when I walk and I don't have any problems. Mine is to do with the muscles in the leg pulling the toes in opposite directions.

I would take her to the docs just so they can see and keep an eye, but I am sure she'll be fine hun

My LO's feet are a bit like that, only its her little toes that kinda cross under the ones inside. I've been told not to worry, but I've had exactly the same fears as you and it's good to see others just like hers!!!
