Rocking to Crawling

Just curious how long it took your LO's to go from rocking to crawling?

We're at the rocking stage...and moving backwards. kinda getting on all fours and pushing back onto tummy! He gets so frustrated not being able to do it bless him

With Izzy it was about 10days-2weeks , she started rocking a week or so before Dan went away for the week - and we sadi we hoped she didn't start while he was away as he didn't want to miss it..... and while he was away she started to crawl

Theakston has been rocking & going backwards for about 3weeks. He went forward two 'steps' last Tuesday & he can kind of do it if he's on his changing table so I think he needs the friction.

JAcob started "shuffling" and dragging himself along in between. He was so frustrated at not being able to crawl, I think that was his compensation.

It was about 4 weeks from when Euan was rocking in one position to actually crawling forwards. Although before that he kept pushing himself backwards and got VERY frustrated with himself, poor wee lamb!
