When did your LO get first injections?

I thought it was supposed to be 8 weeks/2 months but I have seen ladies on here saying their LOs had them as early as 6 weeks. Beth's have been booked in for 7 weeks.

Does it matter? I thought they had made a mistake and I was going to delay them for a week. Bit confused.

There was a window booked for us - anytime around 8 weeks (so could have been 7) - but our appointment is for a few days later than 8 weeks
(which happens to be next Tuesday - yikes! )
We wanted to get them postponed a bit because he was 4 weeks early, but doc was having none of it.
She said it was based on the amount of time he has been exposed to the universe, not his age.
xx

I thought the injections were at 8, 12 and then 16 weeks. Freya was 8 weeks on the Friday then had her injections on the following Monday, at the same time as her 8 week check. Then the same for the 12 and 16 weeks injections. Maybe ring the surgery or speak to your HV just to clarify and put your mind at rest about exactly when they have them! x

Joe has his first set of injections at 8 weeks, along with a check up for the both us of with our doctor. His next injections were at 12 weeks and 17 weeks, as we had the delay the last set by 1 week because of the snow.

Earl is 11 weeks and because of the snow we still haven't been. I had an appointment for last Wednesday when he was 10 weeks but we were snowed in. He had alreadybeen delayed due to the holidays AND he didn't have his 6 week check til 7.5 weeks. Annoying really but I'm assured that as long as they get them eventually it's no biggy.
