Ignore that silly bint at your work, I hate those people who think they know it all. My aunt's like that and she doesn't even have kids

thanks everyone. im dreading tonight. its my own fault though. he has no routine.none at all. hes wit the inlaws all day and i just have him at night so it could be that he misses me, misses them, or is confused.i dont know. some people say to keep him awake through the day but i dont have him and its hard enough already for inlaws, i cant ask them to keep him up as he will be cranky, and some girls on here said not to or he still wont sleep.
last night his tummy rumbled and he farted and had a bit of diarhea, so maybe thats it. he was definetely tired as he rubbed his eyes and eventualy fell asleep on me. amazing how the second he falls asleep im calm and just want to watch him!
so any advice or tips on what could be causing him staying awake?
p.s he could be teething,he has 2 teeth, but his cheeks are red, diarhea and fussy through the day.
and mil has started him on soups, no idea whats in them or if they are bothering him?
i doubt its because he misses me. hes very independant.

Imo, he shouldnt sleep too late in the afternoon, I discourage naps after 3pm (doesnt always work tho',lol) If he is teething try some gels or if its very bad try some calpol, you need sleep as does he.
I would also supply the foods for him, that way you know there arent any additives or whatever that he might react to.
Hope you get some sleep soon.
