It's bugging me- so i have to ask!

This is going to sound like dumbest question ever but the thought popped into my head earlier and has been bugging me since so i have to ask!

When you're out and about with your LO, in town for example, or maybe at the supermarket, or whatever...and you need the toilet- what do you do with your LO?!? Prams don't fit in toilet cubicles, and if i was in town using one of the public loos for e.g i wouldn't feel comfortable leaving Toby in his pram outside the door while i went for a wee

So what do you do?!? The only solutions i can see are: never go out alone babywearing (which i am intending to do when my carrier eventually arrives, but there will still be times when i'll be out with Toby in the pram) or else just hold it in and don't go to the loo when you're out?!

Apologies for the randomness!

I've used the disabled toilet, which I don't like doing too much. Our local morrisons has a toilet in the baby changing room - which is locked and you have to ask at customer services for the key (for the changing room)!

But other than that I just have to hold it in

Most places I go have toilets in the baby changing room or have a separate 'family room', quite a few places I have to ask for a key as well.

I have only ever been out and about alone with LO for very short times so have held it in! I tend to plan my days out around where they have good baby facilities too!!! You can always find a Mcdonalds though, and they usually have a disabled toilet with baby changing in, so we go together! Plus Boots usually have changing facilities and toilets!
