Im waiting for NHS direct to ph back. Baby has mucas at mo and runny nose with speck of light red blood??

Hi, didnt want to read and run, my little one who is now 8 months had a croup and a really runny nose about 6-8 weeks ago, she also had about 8 nosebleeds from the same nostril over a period of 3 days, when I took her to docs he wasnt to concerned said it was just the lining of the nose being irritated from me constantly wiping it, hope this helps but see what NHS DIRECT say. x

i don't have experience or advice on the actual nose bleed i'm afraid,but just wanted to say i hope its ok and that if you have any concerns even if NHS direct say its fine then don't be afraid to seek further medical advice...mum knows best
